An intro to what I am all about!

Hi, my name is Amy Daniel and I am planning on telling you about my life and the things I learn.  I am in a college student at Henderson State University.  I am very involved on campus and absolutely love my sorority.  I plan on letting all of you know about my adventures that happen in my life.  Most of the things I do are with my Alpha Sigma Tau sisters and we have a blast!  I am a Family and Consumer Science Major with a specification in fashion merchandising.  I have always had a passion for fashion, and wanted to be in a field that let me do what I love.  My long term goal is to eventually own my own store that sells formal wear and bridal wear.  I think that this is a much needed store in this area, though will have to wait until I get my feet back on the ground once I graduate.  I am the oldest child in my family and grew up in a traditional family.  My little brother followed me to Henderson (probably due to me talking his ear off about how AWESOME it is!), and I absolutely love that he is here! I highly enjoy cooking, shopping for great deals, watching movies either at home or at a theater. I am very involved in my church and am the assistant director to our VBS. 

My blog is called The World According to Me, Amy D, and I want to show you that not all girls in sororities are stupid airheads or sluts.  I know that I can depend on my sisters and can count on them if I ever need anything!  I also want to communicate that I have great ideas and simply let people know what is going on in my life and if I have an issue and need advice maybe I can get it from you, my lovely readers! J
